Biodynamic Massage Therapy

Listening to your body's natural rhythm

A Warm Welcome

Sometimes our bodies hold on to more than we realise — tension, emotion, experiences that have settled beneath the surface. Biodynamic massage offers a gentle way to begin listening to what your body is telling you.

Based in Royston, Hertfordshire, I offer a calm and supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself at your own pace. There's no rush here — just quiet, attuned bodywork that follows your body's own rhythm.

What is Biodynamic Massage?

Biodynamic massage is a form of therapeutic bodywork that addresses both body and mind. Working directly with your autonomic nervous system, it helps your body find its way back to balance — gently and without force.

It can be a helpful complement for stress-related symptoms such as anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, digestive difficulties, and a general sense of overwhelm. It's also for those times when something simply doesn't feel right, even if there's no clear diagnosis.

"My aim is to be in contact with you gently and in a non-invasive way, delivered with curiosity for what is happening for you now, so that you may find a sense of calm and a better understanding of yourself going forward."

About Diana

Originally a general nurse, I have always been fascinated by how the body as one has an innate, non-verbal capability to heal itself — especially emotionally.

I am currently studying to be a Body Psychotherapist as well as working in my Complementary Biodynamic Massage practice. I am registered with the Association of Biodynamic Massage Therapists (ABMT).
